What to expect?

I’ve posted a lot today… basically I’m 4 days late, had several positive test lines and digitals but as of today both types of test are negative. I’ve had mild cramping and lower back pain today but no bleeding. Any one experience this? I’m sure it’s a chemical or early miscarriage. I wonder how long until the bleeding starts. I have my appointment Tuesday but Tuesday seems so far away for answers 😭 any insight would be appreciated

Sorry you are going through that. I always started bleeding within 1-2 days of the negative, back pain and cramping. It was a chemical every time. 🤍

I’m sorry your going through this. This is what what I experienced. When I had my chemical I started bleeding right away. My HCG was really low that when I started bleeding all my HcG was gone (they did a blood test in the ER). Chemicals are usually eggs that implant but because of abnormalities they don’t form a fetus so the loss is quick and around 4 weeks pregnant when a fetus is usually starts forming since there’s no fetus your body looses it. 
When I had an early miscarriage there was a fetus just no heartbeat. It was at my 6 week ultrasound. They waited 2 weeks and did another ultrasound still a 6 week fetus (when I should have been 8 weeks) with no heartbeat. It took me 2 months before I started bleeding and loosing the baby. Usually you won’t start bleeding till the HCG drops down far enough that your body is signaled to shed the uterus lining.

Sorry you’re going through this. When I had a chemical, my bleeding started I think 2-3 days after my period would have started. It was abbreviated bleeding too, not as long lasting as a regular period for me.
