So I’ve been ttc for a year, I baby dance every time when I get positives just wondering if you ovulate when you get a positive for definite

You can have a positive test and not actually ovulate within 12-48 hours. Its really not that uncommon.

I believe if you just wait for a positive it might be too late because it takes time for the sperm to get to the egg. It might miss the window. Basically the sperm should be there already when the egg is release

It’s just because I had the thick egg white discharge on the 24-28 but got a positive ovulation on the peak on the 5th

Ovulation tests only shows the surge in lh hormones your body can fail to ovulate when you see a peak so ovulation tests do not confirm ovulation you need to use bbt to see if you did ovulate when you get a peak. Im trying 3 years for baby number one
