Refusing bottle

So my 11 month old son has suddenly started to refuse his bottle 🤷🏻‍♀️ He’s not eating loads as he has been unwell but drinking water perfectly fine, he had his bottle this morning, then his mid afternoon one he only drank 2oz and his bedtime one that I’ve just tried to give him he’s point blank refusing to drink it, should I be worried?
