I got diagnosed with mild pcos and my husband was told he has high sperm count. I was put on metformin and letrozole from day 3 to 7 of my period for 2.5mg. I've been using opks and digital ovulation tests to see if anything is happening and I hit my peak on the 12th. I've been reading that even if I have high levels or hit a peak I still might not be ovulating. Today I had pelvic pain on the right and everywhere I read if you have pelvic pain on the right right around your time of ovulation it means an egg released. I'm starting to get frustrated and depressed again with ttc that I wanna give up again. 😭😭😭
