Had my baby! Hospital Don’t forgets!!
Some things I am so happy I had with me as a mom many times over!!
1. Tums ( I normally don’t tell the hospital I brought them )
2. Headache meds for the husband
3. Snack and a lot of them including drinks you will be hungry and hospitals don’t let you or your partners leave the room if your covid positive. Take drinks too.
4. YOUR HEATING PAD!! ( after labor cramps and back pain are unreal! If you have 2 take both )
5. Lotion even if you don’t need it it’s better to have. We got put in a negative pressure room because of covid it was dry very dry )
6. Chapstick
7. Warm clothes for your baby. Baby potato sacks or zips up that zip from the bottom ( they are gunna poke babies feet a lot )
8. If you down want to wear the labor nighty take loose clothes and slippers.
9. Flushable wipes and your own towel!! Probably two just for you.
10. Your pillow and blanket and a robe.
Don’t forget all your other stuff but I loved this stuff for my stay and that heating pad makes the world of a difference. P.s breastfeeding and 2nd+ time moms those cramps are worse every time.
