Today I had my cerclage removed. My experience was that it was very uncomfortable. Baby boy was also moving the whole time. My doctor said that my cervix is pretty soft and Is about 2-3 centimeters. I hope he stays in at least until next week or until his due date which is 3/16/22 he was 5lbs 2oz at my 35 week appointment last week. What I will say is that it is a major difference after it’s removed I feel more mobility less strain the cerclage put a lot of pressure and vaginal strain that caused pain down there when walking, turning over in bed, standing to long, im home relaxing now I’m just sharing my experience.
