Smoking while pregnant

Hi so this my first time on here my cousin told me to get this app. And she has smoked while pregnant with both kids n both came out healthy. This is my first time being pregnant n it’s very hard I have a lot of depression and anxiety n I feel like it’s gotten worse since being pregnant. I’ve also haven’t been able to eat or sleep well. My bf doesn’t want me to smoke and idk if I can keep respecting his wishes. Should I smoke anyways for me so I can at least fucking eat n be less sick😭
