Not losing weight or inches
On wk 4 jogging 3.1 m 4/5xs a wk. I saw on Sat scale is the same. Today i measures and I've actually added inches. Like wtf!!?? Idk if it's just maybe I'm bloated but to see inches added is worse than not losing any. Thigh measurements are the same. I don't eat bad at all. In fact, i may feel i don't eat enough. I might have to start measuring again.
I jog then i do 50 walking lunges and some upper body with 12lb weights. I just started adding a yogurt or egg for snack at work.
