How do I stay positive when I’m financially broke?

How do I remain happy and positive while being so broke? 🥺 we are literally doing all that we can and our best and still end up short. I find myself so angry and upset about our financial situation, get even more angry when I think about people like the Kardashians who are just sitting on loads of money and probably don’t understand how blessed they are to not have to worry about money. Life just sucks right now!

I think it's important to remember that yes thee are rich people out there, but there are also people who have less than you. You might be struggling, but can you eat? Shower? Have electronics? Etc? If yes you're already so much richer than other people.
We've been there. Where we've been so broke we needed to borrow money for simple flu medication. Where you buy one sauce for your food only. No sweets. No new clothes for months and months and months at a time. No cool drinks, bare essentials. No Internet, no new electronics, nothing. Cheapest toiletries ever. We were there for many years. But then things get better eventually.

Money doesn’t buy happiness. While financial issues cause stress being angry at those who have more than you doesn’t change or help your situation. 
Take control of your finances. Learn how to use money. Learn how to make more money. Learn how to spend and save. 
People make money mistakes daily. Maybe that’s eating out, paying for expensive services or items you don’t need/can’t afford, over paying for items when coupons are available, etc. Take some free financial wellness courses, find a new source of income, learn how to coupon.

Also, make a plan for improving your finances. Once you have a plan to achieve your goals, you'll feel more empowered to get through this.

Try making a shop on Mercari and sell some old clothes or whatever. It can be a nice like extra $ here and there.

I wasn’t happy when I was broke either. I didn’t allow myself to think of people who were ultra-rich—Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, because it would really anger me.
Everything is expensive when you’re broke, even $5 to get a library card. 
If are budgeting well and you still find yourself without money after bills, see if you can find a second job. 
There are a lot of places hiring for remote virtual assistants positions. Go on indeed and start searching.
Being broke sucks and I hope you have good support to get through this because it’s extremely difficult.
