Frustrated spotting 1 week before expecting period

So I have been spotting on and off for a week. It’s getting frustrating because I get so hopeful this will be our month. I’ve been spotting sometimes not anything other times when I am using the restroom I see some blood in the toilet just like a light pink, idk if this is my period coming early so idk if

My app is wrong. Just going through so many emotions. I do cervix checks and it isn’t low. Took pregnancy tests all negative I’m supposed to get my period on the 23rd-ish.

My husband and I have been TTC for 6 months going on our 7month. I am going to start doing my temp in the mornings.

Anyone else experiencing this long of spotting before a period? Everytime I look it up I get different responses, some people think I should wait it out to see if I actually get my full period.. but what is considered a full period/light period… maybe I’m not tracking my period right… no clue
