I feel like im loosing hope in ttc 😔

I had spotting woth a bit of red/brown blood 2weeks ago now and ive been cramping headaches, feel sick. Tired but im still testing negative i had my bloods done last week and still havent heard back from them. My partner is a low sperm count he found out with his previous relationship when they went through ivf, she couldnt have kids. I have 3 im 28 and he has none hes 30 next month 😔 i just want to gove him a baby he is so good with mine and others. I feel like im never gunna be able to give him 1 i got my coil taken out november and tried since then.
