Thank God there's a group hope a reply back fast...Im just starting off first day was last Friday so I thought I'd see when I should shower didn't get itchy till tuesday but my shampoo and conditioner didn't come till Wed. So I showed today Thursday in the morning and tho my head has been itchy it now has become a thrubbing itch...I even washed it again wash out the products and its still thrubbing sometimes burning. So I look my scalp looks very very white and honestly I don't know if this is the detox phase or I'm having a reaction to the giovanni silk and smooth shampoo and conditioner...I keep gogling what healthy scalps look like but they don't explain the pictures...so please help!!!! I guess I did see like one or two flakes...I just want to know if this is an allergic reaction or detoxing from sulfate. Should I power through or wash my hair again back to my old shampoo...tho this second time around washing my hair today getting the cream product out my hair has never felt so soft and smooth. And yes I know not to wash hair twice in one day but I read somewhere if dry scalp and very itchy go product free for a bit so I washed it out...please help!
