Would NHS leave a voicemail?

I had my baby 2 weeks ago. The past 2 mornings I’ve had a missed call from a withheld number with no voicemail. I know the nhs normally ring on withheld. Would they leave a voicemail? Wondering whether I should be worried!

I work for the NHS, they can and should leave voicemails where possible. The information left would be brief along the lines of 'hello this is _ _ calling from _ _ please call us back on _ _' This way no confidentiality is broken.
If they can't contact you by phone a letter would be sent out the same day.

I’ve had voicemails from a midwife and the GP in the past, but generally speaking if the information is sensitive then they shouldn’t leave a voicemail 
They have to make sure it’s actually you they are sharing information with

Sometimes 🤷🏼‍♀️ it's worth answering withheld numbers tbh, worst case it's a scam and you can just put the phone down 🤷🏼‍♀️
