Vacation plans with your babe and how old babe by then?

Thinking to have our first out of the country trip. But it scares me to death. Babe is only 3months now. But I was told better to travel before they are crawling.

I personally wouldn’t go out of the country with small children but that’s just my personal preference. I’m also in the states, particularly PA, so unless we’re going to Canada which is still a long ass drive, it’s a very far trip. If you’re in Europe it might be a different story. From experience with my kids, 0-12 months they are somewhat easy to travel with because they are still napping more than once a day and kind of just along for the ride. Two is a tough age for travel. Mine were in routines and it through them off for bedtime and they were clingy at night so they either stayed up late with us or we went to bed early and couldn’t get much time as just adults. We are used to them being in bed by 8. Lol From 3 and up, it got easier again.

I can’t speak to out of the country, but I did plan my first trip out of state with my little one when he was 3 months to visit my parents and go to a friend’s wedding. I guess it depends where you are going and what you are doing.
