IUD FELL OUT! IS THIS NORMAL

My Mirena IUD came out in the shower on Wednesday night. No it did not hurt, I did not purposely take it out, I did not realize it was even out of place. My boyfriend never felt it, at times I thought the strings felt shorter and longer, but 2 separate ultrasounds showed it in place. I felt something tickle me and thought I had left a tampon in and forgot to take it out before getting in (had done this two days prior on the last day of period). When i felt it was my IUD strings, I BARELY pulled and it just… came out… as if it had just been sitting there…

So here we are on Friday, I started bleeding this morning, have had some cramping that is heavy right now, and at 8:30 this came:

Anyone have any thoughts as to if this is normal after an IUD comes out? I was not in pain (i do have a high pain tolerance), nor did I bleed right after.

BTW IM 6MO PP AND GOT THIS IUD 2MO PP, MY PARTNER AND I HAVE A HEALTHY SEX LIFE
