Folic acid side effects?

Question

I started taking folic acid and Whenever I take it I get so nauseous and get diarrhoea. 
Does anyone else experience this? 
I don’t know what to do because it makes me feel so rough but I want to be safe.

Maybe try a supplement with folate instead? It's more easily absorbed by your body than folic acid.
