Nexplanon removal

I just got my nexplanon removed Thursday I’ve been cleaning and changing bandaids as instructed by OBGYN suddenly where the bandaid gauze goes the edge I have tiny blisters forming the incision itself is healing good and stoped hurting but the blisters are stinging I have 8 more days of having a bandage on it to prevent infection I wasn’t told if I can put anything on after I barely had any instructions other than change bandaids out for 10days and rinse gently with water and mild soap using cloth bandages only as instructed
