I’m so bummed
I’ve been doing KETO since 1/17/22 and I have lost 20 lbs. but lately I haven’t lost anything! Probably in the last 7 days I’ve been the exact same. I’m just getting bummed because I’ve been doing a lot of cardio and trying so hard to lose😩 any ideas on why I am not losing anymore?
