Shampoo and conditioner recommendations ?

I’ve used TRESemme pretty much my whole life but it causes me to have dandruff, I’ve tried Pantene, and Dove which does the same but way worse .

The last few months I switched to whole Blends and my hair got really frizzy to the point I couldn’t wear it down , and my hair started falling out . (I literally thought it was the well water at our new house and CONTINUED to use it . Recently stopped and both issues stopped.)

I’ve tried pretty much anything drug store related , and it either makes my hair feel like garbage , leaves it extremely dry, or causes me to have build up and dandruff.

I’ve recently been looking into Redken , but it’s soooo damn expensive. Anyone have any thoughts on the Redken brand?

I used one called Cashmere for awhile as I got it as a Christmas gift , but it has since been pulled from the shelves . :(
