Girl names with nickname Stevie?

I love the nickname Stevie for a girl but other than Stephanie I haven’t found any other possible ideas. I would like a more formal legal name. Thanks for any suggestions!

You could go with a St V first and middle name combo. Like Stella Violet, Stella Vivian or something similar. I can't find any other names that would really work for Stevie.

I’d just name babe Stevie if you love it! 
My legal name is Allison but no one calls me that ever. It’s honestly super annoying that on all legal forms I have to write Allison. Or back in school when a substitute would do role call so they’d say my legal name. 🤷🏻‍♀️

There’s a tremendously wealthy lady I follow on Instagram and they named her granddaughter Stevie Kate, and they never shorten it—EVER. It’s never Stevie, it’s never Kate, it’s ALWAYS Stevie Kate. It seems like a mouthful to me, but maybe I just don’t have good taste because like I said they’re ultra wealthy with the most gorgeous taste in things. So if it’s your thing—go for it!

TWO of my friends, who don’t know each other, really wanted to call their daughters “Ellie,” but they wanted to pick a longer legal name, so they each named their daughter Eloise. 
I had a conversation with one where she confirmed that once they named her Eloise they just never really started calling her Ellie and that has gone by the wayside. They’re okay with it, but laugh because of what they had wanted originally. 
The other family has not told me this directly, but I have seen the same thing happen. They almost never call her Ellie. 
Is it just that name? Maybe ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 
But it also might kind of true that if you like a nickname it’s okay to go for it to prevent people making other nicknames or just using the full name.

I know 1 when I was a kid a friend sister name Stevie no other name she was a professional ballet when she was older and so girly girl but have 3 sister and she was so pretty so picked the name you like I don't really do Nick names

Yah I’d just go with Stevie. Stephanie guaranteed you’re just going to get Steph. And frankly Stephanie is such an over used name, at least in the current adult generation. I work with at least 4 right now
