Exercise
I haven't been super active lately. I was sick in January and then in February my knee was really hurting from something I must've done to it. Normally I try to ride my stationary bike but it just hasn't been happening. I've been mainly napping and now I'm out of shape bad! What are some good resources for exercising while pregnant? Free videos, YouTube channel etc. I'm about to be 18weeks.
