Missing period

My last period was on January 12th and so far the next period has not come with pain in my back and lower abdomen. I did a home pregnancy test the day before yesterday and the result was a very light streak and on the same night I found a very small rose spot in my underwear and today I repeated it The result was negative... and I have symptoms of dizziness, vomiting and fatigue throughout the day, as well as months of pain during intercourse.. Please help me...

* The time between the cycle is 33 days it was 30 befor my previous pregnant.

Plz if there is any Dr here to explain that for me
