i have tiny pinprick red dots on my face, what could it be?

Hi everyone

I just wondered if anyone had seen anything like this before and may know what it is, I will be ringing my doctors as soon as they open but untill then I only have Google lol. I only just noticed now but I have lots of red dots around my whole face, they are very tiny. Almost look like freckles size. I’ve never had them before ever and now suddenly they have appeared all over my face and eyelids, they are red and painless, and they don’t loose their color when touched. I don’t know what it may be and just curious if anyone may know
