Silent reflux, formula fed baby

My baby is 3 weeks old and has silent reflux, his sleep gets disturbed a lot and he gets over tired and cries, just when he goes to sleep , he opens his eyes, and I can hear him swallow. The doctor suggested an Anti regurgitation formula. Did anyone use this type of formula ? Did it help? I use Philips Avent bottles, what size teat should I get, so that the milk doesn't get stuck in the teat?
