My daughter will be 1 year on 3/9. She was 8lbs 4.3oz at birth. She is still a big baby. At her month appointment she weighed (26lbs and was 28.5in long). My daughter is not able to sit up on her own unless she is on an incline. If we put her in a sit position she is fine. She is not pulling up to stand. We haven’t even dropped the crib down. We put her in her walker and she is all over the house. She can hold her weight well on her legs but needs assistance to stand. If we hold her hands she will take a few steps. If I stand her on the ground she can stand up holding onto the table but does not move from where she is standing. She is not crawling and is only able to get to her knees on the bed. She is able to move backwards when she is on her stomach but not crawling. She loves to baby talk though (baba, dada, mama, lala) I mean she loves to talk and laugh. She claps and she waves. Her 1 year appointment is in mid march and I’m just worried she is so behind. Any other moms have babies that aren’t doing much.
