Period tracking with nexplanon?

Is it worth trying to track a period with nexplanon? I re downloaded eve to do so but I don’t know if I need to? More to be ahead of my period to plan than anything lol.

No, it’s pointless, as 1. U don’t ovulate/have fertile days on Nexplanon, meaning no actual menstrual period, and 2. Progestin only methods like Nexplanon are most known for causing irregular bleeding patterns. So, any breakthrough bleeding/“periods” u may have will more than likely be completely unpredictable. That said, u can still log whenever u do have any spotting or bleeding, just to keep a record for yourself and/or ur doctor…. That’s what I do.
