He’s here!

Reagan

My beautiful son Denim “DJ” Jerry is here. 7lbs 7oz 2/22/22 at 12:58pm. Went in to L&D at 10 am for my scheduled C-section at 1145. They did the ultrasound to make sure he was still breech. Which he unfortunately was now transverse they think he was attempting to flip. The hospital was busy so my C-section didn’t happen in time. I have scoliosis and was worried about the spinal tap. Well my nightmare came true. The anesthesiologist tried for what felt like forever to get it in. I kept feeling the worst pressure and stinging sensation. He was having trouble due to my scoliosis so After eternity I was finally numb. But at this point I was dripping sweat and was cold and clammy. They laid me down. The anesthesiologist told me if I feel nauseous to let him know. Well as soon as the curtain went up I felt nauseous so I told him. He gave me something unfortunately it did t work. I also had my tubes removed so I was in there for awhile. Near the end I started dry heaving and vomiting which was the most traumatic experience, vomiting nasty stomach acid while laying on your Back while be paralyzed was so terrible. All in all it was all worth it for my precious little man. SeeI
