Tips on initiating?

Okay ladies, this is it. No more shy girl, no more goody two shoes 😂 He made a little joke the other day about how I’ve never once initiated sex in the year that we’ve been together and how we wouldn’t do anything at all if he doesn’t make the first move. And he’s right! I’m really shy and submissive, or passive as he calls it, so even if I really want it, I won’t even hint at it and just wait until he initiates. But I’ve done some deep thinking these past couple days and decided I’m gonna do it lol We are going to hang out at his place tomorrow and I’ve been feeling extra *needy* lately… the only issue is: I have no idea how to even going about initiating sex 😭 I am not good at being straightforward, and like I said before, I’m super shy especially when it comes to sex like I can hardly even keep eye contact jfjsjfjd Any tips on how to initiate sex without being an awkward mess? LOL

Also, I feel like I should add that he’s always super goofy and will say something like “hey, can I lick your pp? 😳” but I really don’t think I can do anything like that lmaooo
