What is femininity to you?

Question

How would you embrace it and celebrate it? 
Every time I try to figure out what it means to be feminine it just seems made up like a cloud that disintegrates in my hands- it seems like being a good woman or being a good man is basically the same- just being a decent person.  But I also accept these things do have a very real historical and cultural existence as social constructs. 
How would a person feel feminine if they want to?

For me it is a softness and seductiveness. I feel feminine when I am wearing something pretty, my hair is done, I have on a sweet perfume, and my voice is eloquent, but not weak. There is a strength to femininity, and it is kind, it is, graceful, and it is magnetizing. It comforts people, makes them feel safe, but it also commands respect. It’s light, like spring air, or like a rose, perfectly beautiful, but poised with a thorn if anyone threatens it.

Femininity is the opposite of masculinity. 
So it's anything that distinguishes women from men. Our bodies, hormones, behaviors, how we dress, etc. 
Men and women are not equivalent, and femininity is about embracing that.

Gonna get weird a minute here, I'm into esotericism lol. And in Hermeticism, an esoteric philosophy I follow, everything has both feminine and masculine properties. Masculinity is the conscious mind, the part of the mind that takes action and makes firm decisions. And the feminine is the subconscious mind, with depth and a subtle but strong pull. 
I dont think men possess strictly masculine qualities or women possess strictly feminine qualities. All people possess both and it's important to embrace both in order to be well balanced

I personally don’t like the term femininity. I agree it’s more of a social construct. The stereotypical characteristics of “feminine” and “masculine to me are bullshit lol femininity apparently is being gentle, soft, nurturing, submissive. Like no no no and no. While masculine is opposite. Again, no. I feel feminine regardless if I have many “masculine” traits, I’m a woman. I guess wearing makeup and dressing a certain way shows this “femininity” but it’s not that big of a concern to me as I feel just as feminine without it.

If everyone lives following their authentic self it doesn't matter where they sit under an outdated patriarchal dichotomy.

It’s everything that separates us from men, biologically, mentally, physically, physiologically, etc etc.

Femininity can be whatever you want to be. It’s a social construct essentially. It’s whatever as a culture we have decided is feminine or masculine. There is no wrong or right way to express femininity, it’s whatever floats your boat.

Femininity and masculinity is just a societal thing. Nothing about women’s brain or hormones makes them like pink, or want to be shaven, or wear makeup. At times in history, pink was a male color, no women shaved, and men wore makeup. Men and women have dressed in different ways throughout history. Once pants where a man thing, now everyone wears them. Skirts where a women thing, (they still mostly are) but your seeing more men wear them these days. It’s all just societal.

I think it’s strictly a social construct. And one I don’t really care much about 🤷‍♀️ I don’t feel a need to present an image to the world of being “feminine” or anything else because that’s not where I find my worth or identity.
