Extremely Nervous 🥺

I’m just getting out of the hospital due to a kidney infection and some spotting… on Sunday (2/20) they did an ultrasound & blood test for HCG. My HCG was at 60,821 and the ultrasound tech was able to see my lil bean measuring 6W3D and a gestational sac measuring 6W4D… they also were able to find a heart beat! 144 BPM! 🥺🖤

Unfortunately they also located a Subchorionic Hemorrhage that was extremely small (OB said it was less than a millimeter big). I’ve had some slight cramping & a little bit more spotting while being in the hospital (I’ve been here 4 days). So the OB also did a pelvic exam and said my cervix is extremely high & closed.

I have my follow up ultrasound & OB appointment on 3/2 (I’ll be 7W6D) and I’m extremely anxious.. do the chances of miscarriage drop once a heart beat is seen? Could my SH make my chances of miscarriage higher? I also tested positive for Group B Strep. I feel like I’m a big ball of nerves and really need reassurance 😩😓
