Im so sorry for your loss... but you should probably call your doc and schedule a d&c, I know it's hard, but you could get blood poisoning if you let it go on too long without any bleeding. And that could be fatal. I went through the same thing you are back in May 2021. I went in for my 9 week check up and baby had stopped growing at 6w3d. I waited a week for a natural miscarriage, but it didn't happen, and they got me in rather quickly for a d&c to remove the old dead tissue and baby (I hate to say it like that, but that's literally what happened. I guess me saying it like that is just my way of accepting the truth) to avoid blood poisoning. I had nausea still because the placenta was still "alive and functioning properly" and that's what was causing my nausea. I didn't get the diarrhea though. I would advise you to call your doc and schedule surgery though. Again, I'm so sorry for your loss 😔💔
