Bleeding but strong pregnancy twst

So Sunday I started spotting and Tuesday it got a little bright then went to er they saying I’m so supper early so they can’t really tell me anything but my Hcg levels are a little low but I’m still getting a very strong pregnancy test I’m so confused at this point
