Small Gestational Sac & Bleeding 8w1d

Hello! I am 8w2d, this ultrasound was taken yesterday. I have been bleeding nonstop for 14d. Heavier than just spotting but lighter than a period with on and off cramping. There’s no clotting just watery bright red blood & I have to wear panty liners 24/7. Doctors cannot find a cause for the bleeding but said I need to come back next week for another scan because the gestational sac is smaller than normal. I am now on the “threatened spontaneous abortion” risk list. I am worried sick and so so sad. Baby’s heartbeat is strong (170bpm) and the baby is developing at the perfect rate (GA: 8w) and seems to be doing great otherwise. Has anyone else gone through this? What was the outcome? FYI: I have not had sex or exercised since before the bleeding started 2 weeks ago. I appreciate any advice or stories!
