Been bleeding for 4 weeks from miscarriage

I started miscarrying Jan 26th at 9 weeks. On the 28th I had hemorrhaged and had to be put on pitocin for the bleeding to stop. I ended up bleeding for a week and then spotting for a few more weeks but never stopped bleeding. On Feb 24th I started bleeding heavy but I had a positive pregnancy test (hcg at 13.5)still so there is no way it was an actual period. My doctor said it was just my miscarriage dragging out. He said if I wanna take antibiotics I can but I don't have to. He also went on a rant about me abusing alcohol because when I was in the hospital I told them I had a few beers the night before I came in. And he also caused trauma to my uterus from a d&c from a previous miscarriage causing uterine avm. Now I feel neglected on care and scared. I'm not sure what to do about this bleeding. I've had dizziness and a fever but he won't take any of this serious. Has anyone had a experience like this miscarriage?
