any organic heavy flow work great for me. my skin gets super irritated from the fragrance and material of non organic ones

I use the always purple thick pads, and when it’s super Duper bad, I use one and a half pads when you take 2 and basically half way up to make a super one To cover me from belly all the way up to my back. When I  used to have the days that one cough, one laugh, one fart, and it would be an explosion in your pants.

I love the flex foam. It’s sooo comfortable. I definitely recommend going for a number 2-3 for nighttime.
