Fever & rash?! On adult

I took a Diflucan pill for a yeast infection on Thursday. It’s not Saturday, and I have a fever of 100.9 under my arm, body chills, and a hive type rash up my neck and to my jaw. 
It’s 9:04pm on a Saturday night… do y’all think it warrants a trip to the er? Or wait it out till Monday…

Could just be a viral infection. 
Treat the symptoms. 
Only got to the hospital if you’re struggling to breath or your temp goes over 104 and won’t go down with meds.

Looks like it’s just an allergic reaction.

Definitely take a Benadryl. How’s your breathing? Is someone home with you? If the Benadryl helps and you can breath than I wouldn’t rush to the ER, but I would definitely ask someone to set an alarm to check on you in the night, just to be safe.
