Period like cramps 17w5days

I have had period like cramps all day today as well as what seems to be right kidney pain. I have a burning sensation in my uterus and feel like I need to poop. No blood or abnormal discharge. Is this normal and maybe just intense stretching? Today has been the first time I’ve actually felt him kick and be active most of the day. Tylenol hasn’t helped the cramping any nor did a warm bath or resting.

I have a dr appointment Monday.
