Early pregnancy sign?

Hello! I have been ttc for 3 months. I am 8 dpo and am experiencing some tiredness and really sore boobs (it feels like their bruised when touched). I don't want to get my hopes up by testing early so I am waiting for my next missed period. Am I experiencing some early pregnancy signs?

My only early pregnancy symptom was constipation that didn’t let up. It was like this with my first as well. Baby dust ✨
