Super duper Dry skin… plz help

Any recommendations for super dry skin. I don’t have eczema but I have a health condition that triggers dry skin. I tried soooooo many brands. I can’t even use face wipes/ soaps. It all causes a break out in redness and like burns sometimes, ESPECIALLY stuff with the beads for Exfoliating, it creates like a burn even if it says sensitive skin or for hydration.. It’s so dry my eye lashes and eyebrows gets flakes. It messes with my confidence 100%. I can’t see a dermatologist yet so I was hoping that someone could recommend a good product or face mask or something to help a girl out for the time being lol. I’ve tried brands such as cetaphil for sensitive skin and dove. And big brands at like Sephora and Ulta- doesn’t work. I’ve tried serums and it just makes my skin look oily on top of my dryness so just gross. I’ve tried curology and it worked like the first 2 times then just started irritating me. I just want a good hydrating lotion or something cause I even became desperate and tried Vaseline and that just worsened it lol. Anything with coconut worsens it as well. Anyone with super duper sensitive skin? It’s truly JUST my face. I don’t have major issues anywhere else not even my neck it’s pretty “normal”. Like I use any brands of body wash and lotions and I’m literally fine.
