Masturbation is perfectly healthy as long as it's sanitary. Don't put just anything in (although I think most women have been guilty of it at some point, myself included), but at least make sure to clean whatever your weapon of choice is before and after. As for whether it speedy up periods, I've never heard of that until now, but I Googled it and it seems debatable because some sources say yes and some say no. I think that *if* it does make your period happen sooner, it probably won't be a significant change unless something else is going on. I got my period at 12, I've been masturbating since about 14 years old, and I'm currently 20 years old and I've never noticed a negative change in my period after masturbation so hopefully that brings a little comfort. However, masturbation definitely has positive impacts to your health. (Not be gross or anything, but I want to mention that masturbation while on your period is also healthy and has the same benefits). Here's a list of what masturbation helps with...1.) It can relieve pain and reduce muscle tension.—Not only can it help make period cramps manageable, but it can also relieve back pain, joint aches, etc.2.) Improves mood and reduces stress.—Orgasms release certain endorphins in our brain that as a result make us feel better.3.) It promotes better sleep.—For basically the same reasons it improves mood, those endorphins released in our brains after orgasms can help us sleep better.4.) It helps you get to know your body and helps you figure out what you do and don't like.I don't have an answer to your question about the g-spot unfortunately, because for me personally, it's all about the clit. The majority of women are actually unable to orgasm without clitorial stimulation. If I were you, I wouldn't worry too much about trying to find your g-spot because frankly despite many women reporting that there is a g-spot, there's actually no scientific evidence of one, so trying to find it would probably be difficult.🤯 (definitely don't bother with the g-spot if it hurts, because you don't want to cause any damage or bleeding). ⭐Overall, I was to emphasize that masturbation is safe and has no serious downsides as long as everything you use to masturbate is clean.⭐I don't know if it would work for you, but I usually masturbate by rubbing my clit as I'm watching or reading porn or something, and when I start feeling the pleasure getting really intensive, I then put a toy in and start rubbing my clit again. For some reason putting something in round the time I'm close to an orgasm makes everything feel very entesified, but you have to learn the right timing for you.I hope I helped some.

First it has great benefits like stress reliever and pain reduction during periods 2nd I don't think so but if u r nearby your periods like it's due on tomorrow than maybe it can cause it happen today instead of tomorrow it can't speed up like a week or days tbh 3rd when I started fingering myself o found my g-spot very early but I didn't know at that time that it's g spot and it's like rough sponge when u rub it u can't feel any sensations when u r not aroused on g spot so make sure u r aroused enough by clit stimulation or something else or u can use lube and try getting finger in and opening of your vagina so that u can stimulate your vagina when u r fully aroused use come here motion or circular motion inside your vagina and tbh maybe first few times u won't feel anything bcoz I didn't feel anything myself but be patient to yourself and try again and u will be albe to find it with sensations
