Hi everyone! I’m currently 5 days PP and have been EP since delivery. My supply has increased to about 3.5-4 oz a session, but I never feel soft and empty.

I’m currently pumping every 3 hours for 15-20 minutes each session. Today I tried to hand express for a few minutes and then pump for another 5 minutes at the end. It seemed to help a bit but I’m still feeling so full!

I have a Medela Pump in Style. Any advice is greatly appreciated! 🤗
