Ttc after ectopic pregnancy

I am unsure if I am allowed to post here, but I find myself in need of support and info from people who went through something similar.

I found out on 22nd January that I have an ectopic pregnancy, 10 days after getting a BFP… I had surgery on the 24th January with removal of my right tube as well. I still haven’t had my period back (it’s been 5 weeks).

How long did it take for you to get your period back?

I haven’t ovulated yet, I am sure of it (I track bbt and use opks).

My ectopic pregnancy happened in my first ovulatory cycle, 14 months after giving birth(I am still breastfeeding). I don’t know if this has anything to do with the delay of my period on top of the surgery.
