Does anybody have positive reviews for the Nexplanon implant? And when did the bleeding start? When did it stop?(after insertion) etc

Everyone’s body reacts differently to each birth control. 
But, Nexplanon is highly effective at preventing pregnancy (it’s 99.9% effective), and it lasts for 3 years per the manufacturers & FDA. Personally, it’s increased my sex drive, and while I do experience irregular bleeding/spotting, I tend to go months (sometimes longer) without a “period”, but do also occasionally experience other side effects/period symptoms without the bleeding. For the most part, it’s all been mild/moderate & manageable for me. I’m currently on my third Nexplanon implant.
