Ehh it’s kinda weird and no one likes to be stared at but most of the time when I’m staring at someone it’s cause I’m admiring them lol

If you feel yourself staring, ask yourself why and wether you're making the person uncomfortable. If its because you're curious, ask a question. If it's because you're judging, then mind your damn business. If it's because you're admiring, give a compliment. If you're upsetting the person, then apologise and explain yourself as long as your intentions aren't shitty.
