Booty pimples???

Is there anyone who works out and get pimples on their butts? 😭 especially POC 
I’ve been getting them and don’t know how to rid of them. HELP

Shower immediately after a workout. Its caused by sweat. 😉

I get them and am prone to sebaceous cyst ! No matter how much I shower after I sweat ! Try the wash hiblecens … they use it in hospitals and the Derm recommended it for me ! It def subsides them a lot !!! And it smells good !!!

Also exfoliate 1 or 2 times with a body scrub or a dry brush. 
And yes, shower right after the gym.
