Anyone a dentist or hygienist? Help!

Does this look like periodontal disease? Ever since I've had kids my gums have took such a beating. I haven't been to the dentist in a long time but I do have an appointment. Im nervous though lol If anyone can calm my nerves id appreciate it

The only way to really tell I think is when they measure your gums. Like they stick that thing in your gums to measure the depth of the pocket.

In the meantime, are you flossing every day? If so, are you bleeding when you do? If you aren't flossing, make it happen, even if it hurts and bleeds - the more you do it, the less those side effects happen.

Floss every day!!! Once you stop bleeding from it,if you do, then some problems can be reversed.
