Why is my 2 1/2 year old throwing screaming temper tantrums all of a sudden

Ok back story, about 3/4 weeks ago my husband and I were in the hospital with our 6 month old baby for over a week, my other 3 kiddos stayed w grandma and grandpa during all this… so anyways, my 2 year old daughter has always been more of a tantrum having child, throw herself to ground etc…., but has been better and usually cries but never would scream… she would let me pick her up and be ok within minutes. Sooo anyways we’ve been home for 2 weeks now and she’s been throwing tantrums a LOT multiple times a day, throwing herself to ground, and has started screaming this horrendous scream and won’t let me pick her up or touch her or else it makes her scream more until she’s calmed down and then she’ll come to me, which I totally respect it’s just odd to me she didn’t do that before, and the screaming is new… idk if maybe she’s dealing with separation anxiety or something now from us being away or what’s going on and idk if I’m just thinking too much into it or what…. Or if something happened while she was there…. What would others think of this kind of thing? Normal and maybe just us being away, or something else???
