I’m currently 4w5d with my third baby and noticed brown spotting in my underwear tonight. I don’t remember having any spotting with my other 2 pregnancies so naturally I’m freaking out. I had some minor indigestion and nausea on occasion since 12 dpo, I’m now 16 dpo but overall have felt okay. I think I feel little cramps tonight but it could be my anxiety. I have been emotional and stressed this weekend for other reasons too. Has anyone experienced

this? Should I be worried?
