My boyfriends house is gross

There’s mold in the shower, hair in the drain, food in the sink, gunk on the faucet, the dishes aren’t properly cleaned. He lives with his parents and I’m like Does no one clean around here??? Today he got me a bowl from the cabinet and it was dirty. Stuff like that makes me hesitant to eat/prepare my food there. I love him and all but sheesh it doesn’t bode well for me that he doesn’t clean like if we get married is it gonna just be up to me to keep the place sanitary?? Should i say something about this?
