Why are kids being “bad” seen as cute?

Why are kids being “bad” seen as cute? I see them as annoying and intolerable. The screaming when they don’t get what they want at that very second, throwing food/items on the floor, hitting. Absolutely none of this is cute nor acceptable to me. I have 2 children of my own and couldn’t imagine allowing that, But people just allow their kids to be like that , which in turn gives them behavior issues that will be much harder to break when older , but that’s cute ?? I don’t see it lol
